Evaluating & Diagnosing Building Envelopes
Water penetration to a building’s interior is a failing of the building envelope’s fundamental purpose and one of the top areas of concern for facility professionals. Our work addresses the concern from two fronts. First, we can assess existing building conditions to forecast when building envelopes are likely to fail. Second, if a system has already failed, we can assess the causes of the failure and identify corrective work options, including a comparison of pros and cons and the associated costs to plan the best course of action.
